CONTENTS & DIRECTIONS:

NOTE: For deep scratches and holes use the Epoxy Putty first to fill in, followed by marker and toner. For light scratches and scuffs, only use the marker and/or toner. For best results, apply marker first and let dry. Than apply toner spray over top.

Epoxy Putty Stick is hand-mixable and specially formulated to repair and rebuild wood quickly and easily. The stick is composed of a curing agent encapsulated in a contrasting color base material. When mixed together, the materials combine to form a polymer compound that cures to the same density as wood. It may be used for indoor and outdoor applications and after final cure, can be drilled, tapped, machined, sanded, and stained.

1. Cut or twist off only the required amount of epoxy putty you need to fill the hole.
2. Mix by kneading with fingers to a uniform color.
3. Apply to surface to be repaired (within 2 minutes of mixing). Force into any cracks or holes and strike off excess material.
4. Wash hands after use.
5. Allow 3-6 minutes to dry before applying marker and toner.

 

Touch Up Marker is ideal for touching up scuffs and light scratches. The marker features excellent flow and adhesion to wood surfaces and is resistant to polishes.

1. Shake well before use.
2. Use in a well ventilated area.
3. Press marker tip down on scrap material until stain begins to flow out of tip.
4. Draw over top of scratches and lightly wipe any excess away.
5. Allow 3 minutes to dry before applying toner spray.

 

Toner Spray is a fast drying aerosol spray that features a unique blend of solvent with special toners for color adjustment to small areas. The easy-to-use toner shades and blends blotched, scratched, or uneven finishes. Excellent sprayout, great adhesion, and no overspray halos.

1. Read full list of directions and cautions on back of can before beginning.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Use in a well ventilated area.
4. Spray the can with short “dusting” strokes.
5. If it appears too dark, gently wipe excess away. If it appears too light, wait several minutes to dry and apply another coat.

Nylon Glides provide protection from floor scratches and allow the chairs to slide out from under tables. These glides only require a hammer to simply tap into the bottoms of chair legs.

1. Flip over chair or place on side being careful not to scratch finish.
2. If applicable, pull out damaged glide with a hammer, pliers, or screwdriver.
3. Center the new glide with the bottom of the chair leg.
4. Gently tap in glide with hammer until nail is completely driven in.

Spray Enamel is a fast drying aerosol spray that dries in as little as 20 minutes to maximize your time. The all-purpose paint has an oil-based formula that is suitable for indoor or outdoor use. The paint is also VOC compliant.

1. Read full list of directions and cautions on back of can before beginning.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Use in a well ventilated area.
4. Hold can 12-16 inches away from surface.
5. Spray the can with short “dusting” strokes until scratches and scuff marks are covered.

 

Butyrate Glides provide protection from floor scratches and allow the chairs to slide out from under tables. These glides only require a hammer to tap into the bottoms of chair legs.
